Terms of service

These terms are between Jola and the company using Jola. By using Jola you agree to them, and you confirm you may agree for your company.

Using Jola

You may use Jola to run your business. You are responsible for your people's accounts, for who you give access to, and for what you connect. Don't use Jola to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, to try to reach another company's data, or to break the terms of a platform you connect.

Connected platforms

Connecting a system lets Jola read and act in it on your behalf, within the permissions you approve. Each platform's own terms still apply to your account and your content, and a platform can change or withdraw what it offers. You can remove Jola's access at any time.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide Jola to you, as the privacy policy describes.

AI output

Numphy and the seed builder use AI models, and these can be wrong. Check what matters before relying on it. Changes in connected systems are shown to you first or run by automations you set up, and you are responsible for them.

Paying

Paid plans and Claude credits are charged as shown when you buy them. Credits are used as you use AI features and reset as stated on your Organization page.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you unless we can't.

No warranty, and limits

Jola is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We change the date at the top when these terms change, and tell owners and admins before a change that matters.
