Connect TikTok to Jola
Your TikTok videos and how they did, plus post a video or send it to your drafts.
Connect
Owners and admins: in Jola, open Connectors, pick TikTok, and follow one of these.
Sign in with TikTok
- Sign in to TikTok with the account you post from.
- Allow Jola to see your profile and public videos, and to post videos or send them to your drafts.
- Come back to Jola. Posting is done on the TikTok form, where you check each video before it goes out.
- Videos must be at a link on a domain verified with TikTok.
- Until TikTok has audited Jola, only private TikTok accounts can post from here, and the videos are private (only you can see them).
- TikTok requires a person to review every post, so automations and Numphy can't post for you.
- TikTok may take a few minutes to process a video after Jola sends it.
- Only your public videos are read back into Jola.
What Jola brings in
You pick which of these on the connect screen.
- Videos: The account's public videos with views, likes, comments and shares.
What Jola can change
Only when someone asks, or through an automation an owner or admin turned on. Each change is logged.
- Post a video: Posts a video to TikTok from a link. You pick who can see it and review the details first. TikTok may take a few minutes to process it.
- Send to TikTok drafts: Sends a video from a link to your TikTok inbox as a draft. You finish and post it in the TikTok app. TikTok may take a few minutes to process it.
What it can't do
- Comments on videos
- Ads
- Leads
- Videos must be at a link on a domain verified with TikTok
- Private videos and drafts (TikTok only lists public videos)
- Photo posts
- Posting without a person reviewing each one
- Editing or deleting videos
Disconnect it in Jola
Open Connectors, pick TikTok, and choose Delete. Jola takes back its sign-in where TikTok allows it, and deletes the sign-in, every synced row and document, and the sync history. Seeds using it are shown first, and automations using it pause. Nothing in TikTok itself is deleted.
Remove Jola from TikTok
On TikTok, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions, and remove Jola. TikTok tells Jola, and the connection and its data are deleted.
