Connect LinkedIn Ads to Jola

Campaigns, daily results and Lead Gen Form leads, plus pause and resume campaigns.

Owners and admins: in Jola, open Connectors, pick LinkedIn Ads, and follow one of these.

Sign in with LinkedIn

1. Sign in to LinkedIn with the account that has a role on your ad account (Campaign Manager).
2. Allow Jola to read your ad accounts, campaigns and results, and to pause or resume campaigns.
3. Pick the ad account to bring in.

• You need a role on the ad account that can see campaigns. Pausing or resuming needs Campaign manager or higher.
• Leads need a role on the Page that owns the ad account, and LinkedIn must have approved Jola for Lead Sync.
• LinkedIn sign-ins last 60 days and Jola can't renew them in the background, so reconnect LinkedIn Ads every 60 days.
• Daily results are kept for a year, which is LinkedIn's limit.

What Jola brings in

You pick which of these on the connect screen.

• Campaigns: The ad account's campaigns with status, objective, budget and schedule.
• Ad results by day: Each campaign's impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and engagement for each day.
• Leads: People who filled in a Lead Gen Form on the account's ads: their answers and which campaign and form they came from.

What Jola can change

Only when someone asks, or through an automation an owner or admin turned on. Each change is logged.

• Pause a campaign: Pauses a running LinkedIn campaign so it stops spending. You can resume it later.
• Resume a campaign: Starts a paused LinkedIn campaign again. It will spend money from its budget.

What it can't do

• Creating or editing campaigns, ads or budgets
• Reports by job title, company or other member groups
• Leads from Page forms that aren't tied to ads
• Conversions LinkedIn can't match to a campaign
• Organic Page posts (that is the LinkedIn connector)

Disconnect it in Jola

Open Connectors, pick LinkedIn Ads, and choose Delete. Jola takes back its sign-in where LinkedIn Ads allows it, and deletes the sign-in, every synced row and document, and the sync history. Seeds using it are shown first, and automations using it pause. Nothing in LinkedIn Ads itself is deleted.

Remove Jola from LinkedIn Ads

On LinkedIn, open Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, and remove Jola.
